Lone Tree

Approx. boundaries of Lone Tree are Countyline Road to Ridge Gate Parkway to the south, 1-25 on the East over to Quebec on the West.

The City of Lone Tree was incorporated in 1995 and became a Home Rule City in 1998. It is approximately 20 miles South of downtown Denver in Douglas County and is home to approximately 11,000 people. In this 9 � sq. mile city there are over 1500 acres of Parks (25% of land area).

Within Lone Tree is the Sky Ridge Medical Center, Park Meadows Mall and the Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel as well an numerous other shopping, business and hotel districts.

There are many HOA communities in Lone Tree, some are single family homes and some are multi- unit developments. One of the largest is Ridge Gate, a 3500 acre master planned community. Others in the city of Lone Tree include Heritage Hills, Centennial Ridge and Carriage Club.

Light rail was extended to the community with the first stop at Lincoln Station opening in 2006. Four other stops are planned at Park Meadows Mall, Sky Ridge Medical Center and future City Center and an end of line station east of 1-25 in Ridge Gate.
