Northglenn

Northglenn is located in Adams County and is roughly from Federal Boulevard on the West to Madison Street going East, North to 120th Avenue and down to 104th Avenue, with a small area dipping all the way down to 97th Avenue. Along with the public transportation that is currently provided, the planned mass transit system will service Northglenn as well. The Northglenn Market place was constructed in the early 2000’s after the demolition of the Northglenn Mall in the mid 1990’s. And Northglenn has a large Recreation Center that hosts many of the city’s cultural activities, including an award winning children’s theater. The city has a wonderful park system as well. With over 30 miles of trail, an outdoors-man will enjoy the parks & open space that Northglenn offers.

It is a planned community that was started in 1959 and was incorporated 1969. The home values in Northglenn can vary starting in the low 100’s up to the mid 400’s.
